My name is Beatrix, I’m nine, and one of my favorite hobbies is cooking. My Mom is teaching me how to cook; my favorite things to make are tacos, salads and nachos. (I love Mexican food.) I’m mostly vegetarian, I like chicken though. On this blog, you’ll see a bunch of my favorite recipes that I like to cook with my Mom. My favorite bands are Green Day, Weezer, Sum 41, My Chemical Romance, and The Offspring. I also like reading, sketching and I play acoustic guitar.

Many years ago, I had a popular food blog; I sold it, took some time off, and then fell into ghostwriting for other food bloggers.

Recently, Beatrix and I started cooking and coming up with recipes together and she wanted me to start blogging again. While I miss being able to share my recipes, there’s nothing else about blogging that appeals to me anymore. So I told her: “how about YOU start a blog?”

I will be managing emails and comments, and I will also be making sure recipes are well-written and formatted properly so readers can follow them successfully. And I may just share some of my own recipes here once in a while too!
